A free monthly writing and reflection circle for women.
Writing can be a powerful tool for self-understanding, but maintaining your practice can be tough to do alone.
Unmuted is a free monthly gathering where women come together to slow down, get curious, and meet themselves honestly on the page.
I started journaling and writing personal essays because I was trying to make sense of my own life.
What surprised me was how often writing changed my understanding of experiences I thought I already understood.
Over time, I realized the hardest part wasn't writing.
It was consistently making space to meet myself honestly on the page.
Unmuted is the community I needed.
“It gives me comfort to know we can all come together as strangers, no matter what we're each going through, and enjoy an hour together.” — Abby
“Amber’s workshop gave me the motivation I needed to restart my journaling practice. The prompts got my thoughts flowing, and the group showed me I wasn’t alone.” — Vaughn
“Amber’s prompts have been so useful. Sometimes the hardest part is just getting started, and she helped me get unstuck.” — Susan
“Amber’s love for journaling is contagious. She creates an environment that feels safe, warm, and deeply human, making it easy to connect with her and the process.” — Theresa
“Amber’s journaling workshop helped me move from where I’d been stuck. I had to kick out two inner critics, which I would have never known to do. It was wonderful.” — Jourdan
"It's so much more personal than posting in a group—and I got a lot of writing done, too." — Valerie
