Coaching. Journals. Community.
You've survived your hardest chapter. Now let's write your best one.
Helping women thrive after divorce, empty nest, career change, and family estrangement.
Helping women thrive after divorce, empty nest, career change, and family estrangement.

You're not broken. You're standing at the edge of the new you.

I have first-hand experience surviving and thriving through some of life's most challenging transitions.
I prevailed against an aggressive, well-funded attorney while representing myself in a high-conflict divorce and custody trial.
I raised two daughters as a single mom recovering from domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and betrayal trauma.
I lost my dad, survived a pandemic, a breakup, and an empty nest one right after the other.
I walked away from Corporate America, gave up my apartment, and traveled the country full-time as a house sitter while figuring out who I was separate from all the roles I'd been playing.
How did I do it? I stopped abandoning myself, and started writing my way back to the real me.
My journey became a roadmap. My roadmap became three published journals. And my journals became my coaching practice.
I’m a journalist, midlife coach, and a woman just like you who’s navigated every transition I help my clients through. My stories have been featured in BuzzFeed, Business Insider, Thrillist, NextAvenue, Scary Mommy, and I was featured on Fox 13 Seattle. I have a degree in Family Studies and more lived experience than I ever wanted.
You're done simply surviving. Let's build your next chapter now.

Every woman I work with moves through three distinct phases:
See Her.
Know Her.
Become Her.
Getting honest — maybe for the first time — about who you've been, what you've believed, and what you've been giving away. Uncomfortable. Liberating. Essential.
Reconnecting with what you really want, value, feel, and desire. Not who you were expected or taught to be. Not who you became to survive. The real you.
Living from your new self. Making choices, setting boundaries, taking up space. This is where it gets real, and exhilarating.
We do this work through three different coaching engagements designed to meet you where you are:
A 90-minute 1:1 intensive. Wake up to who you really are and what's possible. Leave with clarity and a first step.
Three months of weekly 1:1 coaching. The core transformation journey — a deep dive into all three phases.
Six months of weekly 1:1 coaching. For the woman who’s ready to go even deeper and fully build out her next chapter.

Before I built a coaching practice, I wrote my way through my own ruptures. These three journals came out of that work — five minutes a day, one honest prompt at a time. They're the tools I wish I had when I was in the thick of it. Use them on your own, alongside a coaching program, or as the first step toward figuring out what you need next.

The laundry's done, the house is quiet, and somewhere in that silence is a question you've been avoiding: who are you now? This journal walks you through six chapters — from grieving what's gone to creating what's next. No quick fixes. This is the real work.
The divorce is over but your ex still lives rent-free in your head. Use this journal to evict him. Specifically designed for women coming out of high-conflict divorce and toxic relationships, it walks you through six chapters — from grieving what's gone and untangling what he did to your sense of self to thriving on the other side. No quick fixes. This is the real work.
Separating from a toxic family means walking away from roles, expectations, and deeply rooted stories about who you're supposed to be. It also means carrying a shame that was never yours to carry. This journal walks you through six chapters — from grieving the family you deserved to the freedom of becoming whole on your own terms. No quick fixes. This is the real work.
Every month I host a free live workshop on Zoom for women navigating the exact transitions I coach. No pitch, no pressure, just real conversation, real tools, and the relief of being with women who actually get it.

Midlife Reinvention Clinic | March 21
You've spent years being everything to everyone. Now you're wondering — who am I, really? Come find out.
Every week I write a personal letter about what it actually looks like to rebuild in midlife — not the highlight reel, the real deal. Stories, books, and journal prompts, without the toxic positivity.
