Helping women turn raw personal experiences into compelling stories that create connection, visibility, and opportunity.

My own life has taught me that women often dismiss or overlook the experiences that shape us the most. We've lived inside them for so long they seem ordinary.
We persevere. We survive. We move on.
And in the process, we absorb other people's narratives about our own lives.
I failed at relationships.
I wasn't the best mom.
I lost my job.
I was reckless.
I screwed up.
Writing personal essays taught me to question those assumptions.
Because story creates distance. And distance creates clarity.
When we examine our raw, messy experiences through storytelling, we often discover meaning, patterns, and possibilities we couldn't see before.
Start where you are.
My weekly letter on story, identity, and reinvention.

I'm an essayist, storyteller, and narrative strategist.
My work has appeared in Business Insider, BuzzFeed, Scary Mommy, Thrillist, Next Avenue, and other publications.
Using my background in journalism, publishing, content management, and marketing communications, I help women identify the deeper themes within their experiences, shape those experiences into meaningful narratives, and use storytelling to better understand themselves and connect with others.
Because the stories we minimize are often the ones that matter most.
